Our quality checks cover components and materials, manufacturing, assembly and finished products. Project-specific inspection and acceptance requirements are confirmed before production.
Lead time depends on the project scope, equipment, materials, order quantity and shipping arrangements. A project schedule is provided after the technical scope and order are confirmed.
The programme varies with the project area, cleanroom class, work scope, approvals and site conditions. Design, production, installation and commissioning milestones are defined in the project plan.
Remote technical support is available by email, phone and video. On-site support and response arrangements are agreed according to the project scope and destination.
